food trucks

if you know me, you know i love all that is food trucks & street food! saturday night, the Justice League of Food Trucks gathered in downtown denver. we met up with some friends and i drooled over the ~12 trucks + carts that were in the field.

first up, i had a bahn mi sandwhich from the steamin' demon.

next on the menu for me were the truffle mac-n-cheese balls from deluxe street food! these were insanely delicious!

and for dessert, from the denver cupcake truck, a truly creative creation: the maple bacon cupcake with actual chunks of bacon in the icing AND the batter! too good!
